Chinese Lard Rice  

Lard-Flavoured Rice 豬油拌飯 (zhū yóu bàn fàn) Only plain white rice is simpler than this pauper's dish.

Ingredients
1 bowl freshly cooked rice
I teaspoon lard
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Method
