Eating China is about Chinese food culture and history, in both China and Taiwan. See Articles or Blog for my own scribbles, Facts for short bits and pieces, and Recipes for authentic Chinese dishes. The 'China' of the title refers to Chinese food, rather than the geographic place.

Eating China has featured on the websites of Wall Street Journal Asia, National Geographic, and China Daily, and The Besty. I was a guest on the TV program Bizarre Foods (read about filming in Taipei). However, it is working in marketing that puts rice and noodles on the table.
